Role, Responsibilities: I did make-up for the Dark Forces - uruk-hai, nazgul, orks and Sauron. Besides I was a specialist in elvish ears. I also played a part of Rhumil - LothLorien elf.

The way I got into the project: I read a thread at the forum and found out that they needed extras. I volunteered. By the beginning of the shooting it turned out that there was no one to play a part of Rhumil They chose me. As for the elvish ears I invented the way to make them myself.
General impression: It was a real joy! Everything was so swift - I was there every day, from dusk till dark, 'cause I was a make-up person. It all was very interesting and I got to know a lot of new stuff. I'm dying to see the results!
The best moments: The scene near Weathertop when Aragorn spilt champagne over the nazgul! The scene at Rivendell was remarkable as well because it was very difficult to shoot it. I remember how the Fellowship went up the stairs for 12 times! And there was also a very beautiful episode at LothLorien, when the sun was going down. Besides we had amazing Sauron and even better Balrog! All in all, I still remember almost everything.
The things you would like to change: The organization was low. Everyone was late and we always had someone to wait for. And the lack of time, of course. We are much more serious about the second part and that's good!
How did your friends/parents react on the project: The reaction was very different. Me dad said that I went completely crazy in that Moscow, but mom said that we were great! Half of my friends don't understand me, but the other want to join. My husband abandoned all hope. But everyone wants to see the results!
